Her genuine care/attention reassured me that we were working with the best agent possible for our first home purchase. She had the utmost patience with us as we backed out of our first home contract, did not give up on us, and put us in the perfect home! She works very fast, getting contracts drawn up for us the same day, so that we could make our offer on time. She was there every step of the way, always on time, and super flexible/available when you need her. I'd definitely recommend Sonia to anyone else looking to purchase a home!
