I am so impressed with Vivian. She listed my rental on a Monday and brought two fabulous prospects to me on Tuesday. I've tried renting my properties myself. I've hired other agents. No one, including me, has brought in the results like Vivian. She treated my property as if it was the most important listing she had. Many realtors don't want to bother with a rental.
