Welcome to my Blog! SMARTePLAN floor plan pictorials, with embedded photographs, are custom created for each luxury high end home. Uploaded to MLS, they are accessible to potential buyers --- 24/7, around the globe, for the life of the listing. SMARTePLAN-IT is a SMARTePLAN posted on MLS which has the add'l capability of arranging to-scale furniture inside the floor plan, and visually knocking down walls (if the buyer contemplates renovation).
I rec'd the following email from a Realtor client yesterday; her $1M+ listing is now under contract from a man in London who never saw it in person -- but he went above asking price in a bidding war.

"....I got my Georgetown under contract Saturday- the guy was from London- site unseen, and he went above the asking price in a bidding war, showed up yesterday and was so pleased with his purchase, he said it was just as he imaged with the floor plan and photos really helped him- so floor plans helped him buy a home he never saw! Congrats to you"

You have to admit, that's pretty cool. So, you want to "see" what he saw.  I'm attaching a link to our MLS for this property and you can access the SMARTePLAN floor plan that he saw.  The graphic below lets you know where to find the floor plan -- it uploads right onto our MLS and becomes a part of the listing.

Funny thing, Michele is the only agent who does NOT use me to write her amenities text --- which is the detailed  room-by-room description of  the property.
