     Does that mean the waterfront view is lacking? NO WAY! C'mon .. you EXPECT spectacular vistas when you have luxury waterfront property, and in no way does this house disappoint you. What you don't expect --- and what's in THIS house ---- is all the extra features and little touches that you rarely see all in one place -- an unbelievable attention to thoughtful details makes THIS house something you really do want to see. We have a saying in Texas "... this ain't his first rodeo..." and you can tell that this is not the first home the Sellers ever built.

      What kind of details? Well, first there was the amount of storage space -- and there's a lot of it! I especially liked the significant standing-height floored attic space with an ELEVATOR! I'm 6' so when I can walk around an attic without being crouched down like the Hunchback of Notre Dame, or worrying about brushing the rafters and spiders getting in my hair ... I'm likin' it!
