RE Market "Timing" Post Harvey

September:  rentals are in high demand and supply

October:     Cash buyers will snap up flood houses, many "As-is".  If you flooded, you should call today; you may can sell for more than you think, or said another way, you can avoid a huge hassle and delay, and net more than you'd thought.  

November:   Non-flood sellers will come back on the market, especially those who tried to sell unsuccessfully in summer 2017.   These folks should plan to list now, call for staging tips.

December:   this will be a good month for all sellers.

1st Quarter 2018.  The market will continue, but the affect of oil prices, jobs and etc. will start to take over, and supply and demand will normalize.
