September: rentals are in high demand and supply
October: Cash buyers will snap up flood houses, many "As-is". If you flooded, you should call today; you may can sell for more than you think, or said another way, you can avoid a huge hassle and delay, and net more than you'd thought.
November: Non-flood sellers will come back on the market, especially those who tried to sell unsuccessfully in summer 2017. These folks should plan to list now, call for staging tips.
December: this will be a good month for all sellers.
