Sharing all the wonders learned from Texan’s or Texan’s at heart, since relocating here in 1976 is “what I enjoy most”. Having been warmly embraced by many, I surely make every endeavor to do the same to those fixin’… that's a little Texas talk, to relocate from across the World, USA, Texas or from just down the road a piece.

Communicating recently with an owner of an expired and terminated listing I learned they....

  1. They had no idea why their home did not sell. 
  2. They no longer want to sell.

Granted they first started trying to sell in the summer of 2009, I sold my home in 8 days in the summer of 2009 nearly the same price range of home.  So I know that market was good in 2009.  Their home came off the market in the spring of 2010.  Yes by the spring of 2010 the market was pretty poor all the way through about April of 2012.  

All in all their home was priced right, photographed well and in a good location.  Over 600 days on the market since the first listing which ended without the benefit of a sale.

It's a wonder they changed their mind.

Nothing makes me sadder than seeing this type of event occur or should I say NOT OCCUR!

If I could just get my foot in the door I would have a shot at it.

BUT I can't - they are DONE talking to agents it seems.

So many buyers - so little inventory - seller's all I can say is - of all the  times NOT to GIVE UP - this is the BEST time of my 21 year career - to not GIVE UP.

Respectfully and Hopefully from an agent who really wants to sell this 4 time expired and terminated listing.
