Perserverance is key in the Real Estate business. Too many agents bail once difficult challenges start to infect the sale, be they financing,survey or title issues. If the parties still want to do the deal, and all the reasons for buying and/or selling still apply, it is the agents duty to find a way to save the sale. I just closed one that had to have the financing and closing dates extended five times! As long as the fundamentals still look good, jump through the hoops and find solutions! Your clients deserve it and when all goes well in the end you will be appreciated for a job"well done!" Just sayin'
