Where can i take a classroom instructions for TAR FORMS? ie: listing agreeement.

In 2017, I took class for Contracts 201 from Client to Contract – 1-4 Family Residential Sales Agreement at HAR which was very informative. Now I want to take a class in LISTING AGREEMENT but I don't see it on the HAR calendar. Can someone please help me?

Dear Jerri,

"The Contracts 101A and Contracts 101B- Working them like a Pro" classes can be helpful. Please find the schedule and the further information at the links below..

You might check with Champions RE School. They have several locations in Texas. I do take most of my classes via Champions on line and they are really good. Most all of their class offer several options for avenues to take classes i.e. online or classroom.

I agree, try Champions. Multiple locations and they are really good. I went cheap online this go around and it is taking much longer than it should.

Hello Jerri,

I have not seen any classes to teach TAAR forms. Your best bet is reach out to your broker and ask him/her to explain line by line just like sales agreement.

Good luck!
