“We had listed our house for sale several months prior to hiring Amy. Historically, the type of home we had for the area always sold really quickly. We had listed it in the Fall with a different realtor and we had essentially no interest. We knew our current marketing strategy was wrong, but our initial realtor couldn t give advice as to what to change. When our contract with our first Realtor had ended, I reached out to Amy because I saw on her social media that 2023 was her best real estate year ever When I saw that, I knew we needed to talk to her. We asked her if she would go look at our house and give us an evaluation on what it looked like as is. She estimated it was worth over 10 LESS than what our first realtor suggested we list it at. We appreciated the honesty, because it matched what we were seeing with the lack of interest from potential buyers. We then asked Amy what improvements could we make to list it closer to what we had already listed it at and get the best ROI. She suggested 3 things: paint, backsplash, light fixtures. It was only 5k total less than 1 of our list price and it allowed us to market the price 8.5 above our current value . We quickly made the changes in just a couple weeks, and hired a staging company. This time we listed our house with Amy as our Realtor and we got our asking offer in 24 hours Plus a back up offer and a huge turnout at our open houses. Realtor s matter. We ve now bought 2 homes and sold 1. My husband and I used to not really see the value in a Realtor until we hired Amy. It is 100 because of Amy that we sold our house so quickly and for asking price. To top it all off, we had already moved over 3 hours away. Amy was so responsive, always answered our calls and texts and would go to the house on our behalf when we needed her to. Amy was fantastic We would hire her again if we could.
