Born and raised on the sandy beaches of New Jersey, Trevor made the move to the Lone Star state in 2012 after being drafted by the Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League. After several seasons with the IceRays organization and serving as the team's Assistant Captain for 3 seasons, Trevor decided to step away from the game of hockey sitting on top of the team's record book for 'Most Games Played'. After a successful hockey career, Trevor made the decision to continue a family tradition of helping people buy and sell real estate in Austin Texas. Throughout his real estate career, Trevor has built a reputation amongst his clients that centers around his honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the home buying and selling process. After just two years in the real estate industry, Trevor was awarded the Five Star Rising Star Award for his Customer Satisfaction and is featured in Texas Monthly Magazine for his accomplishment. This award is given to the top 40 agents in Central Texas out of 26,000+ eligible candidates who rank in the top 1% of real estate agents with less than 5 years in the industry, for exceptional customer service. After helping 49 people buy and sell a home last year alone, Trevor ranked 3rd among team-based agents within the largest franchise brokerage in the world before deciding to make the move to Realty Austin. Since starting his real estate career in late 2017, Trevor has helped 96 people successfully accomplish their real estate goals in and around the City of Austin. The decision to join Realty Austin was an exciting move for Trevor and one that he believes will benefit his clients in the ever-changing real estate industry with technology at the forefront. Dustin Hughes grew up in Montgomery, TX. His interest in real estate was sparked after building two homes with his father from the ground up. Dustin served 8 years active in the military as a helicopter gas turbine mechanic. During his military career, he continued his enthusiasm for real estate, acquiring three rental properties. After two tours in Iraq, he found his home in Katy, TX.

Dustin is a family man with a wife, three beautiful daughters, and two loyal dogs. He is a go-getter spending his free time on projects and upgrades around the house. Another interest includes rebuilding cars. He also enjoys traveling and visiting family.
