“As a first time seller, I was nervous going into the process. Cagdas came to our initial meeting armed with comps and explained to me the best way to price the property. He walked the property and pointed out the things we should pack up prior to listing/showing and potential issues that we should resolve prior to inspection and appraisal. He was very responsive via text, call, and email; and at no point did he get annoyed with the overwhelming number of questions I asked. He’d told us that he would photograph the property for listing, but I did not expect the quality to be as amazing as it was! When we had to be out of town for the days our house was being shown, he stopped by the house between showings to sweep the walkway and make sure everything was still in working order. He also knew that he were moving out of state and was considerate of our move date when arranging the closing. The list of considerate things that he did goes on and on.
