When working with a person to list their home, I strive to thoroughly research the market to determine an accurate value, make suggestions as to what will make the property more inviting for the minimum cost, and market the property through multiple online sources to ensure the property sells for the highest price in the least amount of time. I stay in constant contact with the client and answer all calls personally or get back with them at the earliest possible moment.
When working with a client to find them a home, I LISTEN to what they want, what their needs are, what their situation is, and then go find homes that meet that criteria. I make sure they have been pre-qualified by a great lender so that when we find the right home, they can pounce on it. I am a superb negotiator, looking for creative ways to get my client what they want in a win/win/win scenario.
I have an incredible attention to detail, many times catching errors on a closing statement that lenders and title companies miss. I review contracts word by word to ensure they reflect what my client wants. I follow through to the end to make sure of a successful closing. I leave no stone unturned to find a solution when things may become difficult. I am tenacious to get my client the results they want, while establishing and maintaining great relationships with other realtors, lenders, title companies, insurance agents, and inspectors.

A native Houstonian who has lived in the northwest Houston, Cypress and Copperfield area for over 20 years, she focuses on neighborhoods in and around the northwest areas of Houston but is quite comfortable showing and selling throughout her hometown. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys working with international clients as well.
Married, with two children and three dogs, Carmen says hers is a very active family very involved in outdoor activities revolving around the children, including swimming at the pool, beach, water parks, baseball. They also like to support community events and attend festivals in surrounding areas. Carmen herself enjoys volunteering at the children's school and serving at her church.
