Dionne Delery Breen

As a native Houstonian, Dionne has resided across many of the city's vibrant neighborhoods, including River Oaks, Memorial Villages, Briargrove, the Galleria area, and Northwest Houston. This makes her ideally suited to helping clients at all price points and life stages, from first-time buyers and growing families to empty nesters and relocators. Dionne takes great pride in being entrusted to help clients navigate their most significant financial investments. Meanwhile, her warm, welcoming and confident leadership style makes clients feel at ease so they can actually enjoy their exciting home search or sale.

After graduating from Texas A&M, Dionne has worked in event management-in both the planning and execution of the events, as an executive assistant and in multiple retail sales roles, which she credits with forming her dedicated work ethic. She has also been deeply involved over the years in several community organizations through volunteering and committee positions, including MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Junior League of Houston, National Charity League, and many others which reflect her commitment to service and deep roots in the community. Dionne was also very active on multiple committees and leadership positions at her children's schools, including Episcopal High School, Memorial High School, Briargrove Elementary, Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and St. Francis Episcopal School. Those efforts have earned her a vast social network and an insider's view of Houston.

Today, as a part of the O'Connell Yarborough Properties Group at Compass, Dionne is instrumental in creating exceptional client experiences with attentive, responsive client service and a steadfast commitment to their unique needs. When she isn't working, Dionne enjoys spending time with her 2 adult children and family members exploring everything the city has to offer, including Houston's parks and museums. An active guild member at St. Anne Catholic Church and a member of The Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University, she loves staying involved with her church and Aggie family.
