Jack Fernandez

Jack Fernandez is an Agent with Oak Forest Realty. Born in Venezuela and raised in Texas, Jack's multicultural upbringing allows him to connect with people from all cultural backgrounds. As a result, Jack is able to speak Spanish fluently.

While in Texas, Jack quickly learned to play the state's most favorite sport, Football. In High School Jack became a top rated Offensive Lineman and was the left tackle for Derek Carr (QB for Oakland Raiders).

Jack went on to Texas A&M University where he graduated with a degree in Engineering and later obtained his Masters of Real Estate. As a result of his Real Estate degree, Jack is able to provide an unparalleled level of understanding, knowledge, and advice to any Real Estate transaction. Additionally, Jack obtained a certificate in Management, Operations, and Leadership from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he took courses in Negotiation, Marketing, and Management.

Wanting to put his knowledge to the test, Jack began practicing Real Estate in 2016 when he became an Intern with the top Real Estate Service Provider in the World, CBRE. After his internship, Jack continued his career at Wells Fargo as a Financial Analyst in their Commercial Real Estate division.

Jack is an avid pilot and photographer in his time off, and is able to translate those skills to his work. Additionally, Jack enjoys playing golf, fishing, the outdoors, and watching all sports.
