About Julie Richards
I was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. As an adult I spent 20 years in the Kansas City area before becoming a Texan. My husband and I have personally bought and sold 9 homes over the years and having a realtor that we were comfortable with each time was imperative in the process. Before becoming a realtor, I spent many years in the education field; as a teacher, librarian, and school principal. These experiences fostered my ability to be organized, truly listen to people, and persevere through any situation. When I work as your realtor, I will use these abilities to help you feel confident in each step as we sell and/or buy your "perfect match" home. Buying and selling your home is personal business.
