Holly Land grew up on a ranch in Crockett, TX and attended UT, Austin. She left Texas after college and traveled all around the United States holding supervisory positions with several specialty clothing concerns. Eventually settling into the Delaware Valley, home improvement and home design became Holly's passions and the focus of her career. She established a successful contracting company that specialized in custom kitchens and bath remodels. Holly expanded on this success by opening a stone and tile company as well. Building on her expertise in residential improvement and home furnishing, Holly became a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Holly moved back to Texas in August of 2016 to The Woodlands to be closer to aging relatives. "I chose the Woodlands for many reasons: the outdoor greenery, the hike and bike trails, and all the convenience that comes along with living in a planned community." As for her choice of returning to a real estate career, "Everything I have ever done has revolved around the home and involved servicing my clients through thoughtful listening, asking questions, and collaborating together to find, create, or produce what my clients wanted or had envisioned. Our collaborative relationship is based on trust and the confidence that produces the perfect result."

Janice was born and raised in Ohio and then moved to Chicago. At last Janice found and married her super supportive husband and came to Texas.
Janice's inquisitive nature has been good to her. She's worked and traveled around many states in the US, Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, Oman, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the British, US Virgin, Caribbean, and Cayman Islands, and she even ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
Janice's passion is volunteering at a local, Christian food pantry, traveling, boating, golfing, biking, aerobic swimming, and workouts. She is the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, manages the Neighborhood Block Parties, and a Canasta Group!
Many of Janice's days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with Title companies and lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to new ecstatic homeowners.
Tory has been a Woodlands resident for over 40 years and has watched The Woodlands grow into the unparalleled master-planned community it has become. Growing up in The Woodlands, an area that has been constantly evolving, he became interested in real estate and land development at an early age. He has extensive knowledge of the community, schools, and vast amenities of The Woodlands and South Montgomery County. Tory not only grew up here, went to school here, played sports here, but is now raising his family here. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and feels it is essential to know both sides of the real estate process in order to best serve his clients. Whether it's The Woodlands or the surrounding areas, Tory spends as much time as it takes to ensure each client finds the perfect fit for their real estate needs. Tory is an Accredited Buyers Representative and was named Realtor of Distinction by The Woodlands Operating Company. While serving on The Woodlands Development Advisory Board he was able to provide valuable firsthand knowledge and experience as The Woodlands continued to expand and develop. He established The Hearn Team with his partner Jenny Hearn in 2008. Enthusiastic, caring, honest, and hard-working, Tory believes in developing customers for life. He and his family reside in The Woodlands where he enjoys coaching baseball, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
