“Yulitza was always available to answer all my questions. I purchased with Khovnanian and it was a great experience. she is very knowledgeable and takes pride and ownership on he job. Prior to purchasing with Khovnanian I had signed with Lennar Homes who in the end decided to keep the house to sell it for a higher price. They made up a bunch of lies and did not give me a clear explanation for cancelling the sell. They wanted to keep my earnest money and Yulitza gave me the necessary contacts within the organization for me to get my money back. She is excellent communicating and anticipating for changes in the market. She is a liaison between her clients and the manufacturer and loan officer.
