Julie Brann is a native Houstonian who has lived in the Memorial area for over twenty years. With two children graduated from Spring Branch ISD schools, she has developed an extensive knowledge of the Memorial area neighborhoods and surrounding schools. Julie prides herself on delivering a high level of personal service to her clients. She realizes that choosing a home is one of the most important and personal decisions a client can make, and her goal is always to match a buyer with the perfect home. Native Houstonian Leslie Karpas began her sales career as a travel agent in leisure sales. That experience taught Leslie the importance of impeccable service and market knowledge. It also taught her to remember to respect the sense of occasion that accompanies an important lifetime event such as the vacation of a lifetime – or even more significantly, a new home.

A career in residential real estate was a natural transition for Leslie. “My husband, Hedley, is a broker and I have been living and breathing residential transactions for the past 20 years,” she says. As a Realtor with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, Leslie recognizes that the purchase or sale of a home is a major milestone in someone’s life. “My clients’ happiness and satisfaction are on the top of my list,” Leslie says. “Outstanding customer service is a must; all of my clients’ goals are of the utmost importance to me.”

Leslie believes in keeping abreast of trends in the real estate market and has earned the National Association of Realtors Green Designation. She serves on the boards of Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services and Congregation Beth Israel Sisterhood. Leslie is also a co-founder of the Young Ambassadors of SEARCH Homeless Services.

Leisure hours for Leslie are spent watching Houston Texans’ football game, enjoying long walks and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband Hedley are the parents of a teenager and a college student.

Lisa is a native Houstonian who takes great pride in providing service above and beyond what is expected. Having renovated several properties, she also has the talent and eye to help her purchasing clients visualize the possibilities in a new home and to help her selling clients prepare their homes to maximize the value of theirs. With almost a decade in the business, she's found her true passion and calling. Helping her clients find their perfect home or sell their beloved home brings her so much fulfillment and joy. When Lisa is not helping her clients with real estate, you will likely find her at Toyota Center working her "fun" job for the Houston Rockets - but don't worry - she loves ALL Houston Sports teams! She's also a serious dog lover and the favorite aunt to her niece and nephews. When she's not working, Lisa loves baking, pilates and Lagree classes, trying every new and existing coffee shop in and around the Houston area, and if you need a restaurant recommendation she's got you covered. She takes great pleasure in helping to provide assistance to back-to-school programs and to disadvantaged families during the holidays - and when time permits, she loves going with her mom to deliver 'Meals on Wheels' on Mondays
