Originally from Austin, Caroline's interest in real estate began at an early age while being raised in a family with deep roots in the title industry. "I always knew I wanted to be a Realtor. I love interacting with people and looking at homes, so putting the two together was an obvious career path for me." Caroline began her real estate career in 2013 as an assistant and in only a few short years she achieved the status as a top producer in 2017. "Helping clients achieve a lifelong dream of owning a home is one of the most rewarding experiences!" Caroline married into a Houston family and is proud to now call this great city home! She lives in the Memorial Villages with her husband, their daughter, and Labrador Retriever. They are active members of Grace Bible Church in the Heights and enjoy taking advantage of Houston's many outdoor parks and trails on the weekend. Caroline earned her bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications with a concentration in Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013.

Holly Minter brings her extensive experience in the commercial real estate field spanning more than 25 years to Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. As a consistent top producer, she has received multiple awards and accolades for her outstanding achievements in the industry.

Holly is a 3rd generation Houstonian who has an intimate knowledge of markets, properties, and an ability to navigate complex transactions. Holly attended the University of Texas and graduated summa cum laude, majoring in finance and real estate. She was the top graduate in her program, a Silver Spurs sweetheart, a member of Orange Jackets and Panhellenic. Holly is a mom to two daughters, Andi and Tyler. When not hanging out with her girls, you can find Holly sampling sushi throughout the city, in yoga class, playing pickle ball, or walking Memorial Park. Holly is also passionate about volunteering for Elijah Rising, a local non-profit that combats trafficking in and around the Houston area.

As a third generation Houstonian who has lived in many of the city's submarkets Nikki has an in depth knowledge of the vast city of Houston. She comes by her passion for Real Estate naturally as it has been the core of her family's business for over 40 years.



She attended Texas Tech University where she was an active member of the Tri Delta sorority, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Houston. Out of college she worked in the energy business before joining Beth Wolff's team.



While her current residence is in the Memorial area where she is an active member in her community, she has lived in many of the city's great neighborhoods and surrounding areas and takes pride in understanding each of these markets.
