I am a South Texas State College Graduate and came into the real estate profession with a legal background. Prior to working in real estate I was a paralegal for a large law firm here in Houston. My extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught me many things that I believe I have benefited from in the real estate industry.
Being a multi-million dollar producer I had more than five million dollars in listings; I know firsthand the emotions and stress involved with the home buying/selling process. That is why I always take a proactive approach to ease the tension of the whole process, by assessing your needs up front so it will enable me to not only meet but to exceed your expectations.
I have sold property in Austin, College Station and out of State through preferred Brokers that I work with & interviewed thoroughly before placing my client into their hands. I also have acquired National and International Investors.
I hold the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation signifies the graduate has completed an advanced education program in specialized subjects such as legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards and technology tools. Less than 10 percent of the Texas Association of Realtors holds the GRI designation.

Phillip R. Ward is part of the fifth generation to be raised in agriculture on the 7UP Ranch in beautiful NW Brazoria County. When not travelling to baseball diamonds (or football fields) with his son's, Phillip continues his 16+ years of coaching youth baseball in the community and is the active Little League President in his hometown of Damon, while maintaining his membership with the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Adam earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. During this time he was also working at UPS and serving in the Army Reserve during Desert Storm. He is a former IT professional and was in the field for almost 20 years. Adam brings his sense of professionalism and work ethic to the real estate world. His clients are his number one priority. In addition to real estate, Adam is also a commercial helicopter and FAA certified drone pilot.
