Prior to real estate, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and was Director of Business Development and Customer Service for a Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

I have a strong sense of community and believe in giving back--I volunteer with several local charities like Judy's Mission and MDAnderson Cancer Center as well as my children's schools and our church.

Originally from the Alvin/Pearland area, I now live in Spring, Texas with my husband, 3 kids and our rescue dog Elmo. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy cheering my kids on at their sporting events and boating on Lake Conroe.

Frank's passion has always been to help people. He launched his real estate career by helping new home buyers in the Cinco Ranch and Green Trails neighborhoods in Katy, TX, in 1992. He was then hired as a Management Consultant by the RE/MAX organization where he spent many years serving as a regional leader, master trainer, and real estate coach. In 2017 he opened his own real estate brokerage, Abby Realty, which became the fastest growing independent brokerage in Texas, four years in a row. I began my real estate career in 2010 as an agent in The Woodlands, TX and my passion for real estate developed out of a desire for connecting people to the things that they love. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.
