My marketing includes advertising your home, with photos on several web sites. My internet connection provides exposure to multiple web sites. Your home will also be advertised the Multiple Listing Service, providing you with several types of exposure to attract as many buyers as possible. Also, when you list with me, I will produce custom designed flyers, to bring as much attention to your home as possible. I pledge to keep you updated as to the activity your home has generated.

BUYERS:

My goal is to help you find the home that meets your family’s needs. I will guide you through the home buying process, (not just show you homes), as well as assist you in obtaining financing and advise you in making an offer on a home. I will assist you in scheduling inspections, surveys, appraisals, and ensure close follow up with lenders and title companies, as well as numerous other aspects of your transaction, working closely with both you and me throughout the entire process. This allows you the time and peace of mind to deal with the other aspects of moving.

She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she majored in kinesiology and completed a minor in special education. After working as a teacher for 10 years, she decided to use the skills she had developed as an educator to dive into the world of real estate. The same strong work ethic, passionate community service, and top-notch communication and organizational skills that she once used to pass all her students are now being channeled into closing her clients' transactions with the best possible terms.

Licensed since 2019, Caroline is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She also completed her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. She uses her in-depth understanding of real estate to work with buyers, sellers, and renters to find their perfect home, ranch, or farm properties. I was born and raised in Colombia. I have lived with my husband and two children in Houston since 2006. Prior to becoming a real estate agent I held various professional positions in the banking industry. When my second child was born I decided to be a full time mom dedicated to raising and educating my children. I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate because I enjoy helping people achieve their dreams.
