She worked as a campus rep for a film festival and was also heavily involved in Texas Battle for Change, a concert event which educated students about sexual trafficking and raised donations for the cause. She later worked in finance, specifically in the customer service/business development sector. She first encountered real estate when she worked as a marketing assistant for a lease management company that had seven apartment communities. Angelica soon found that working with people and helping them reach their goals was her main talent and she wanted to find a career that highlighted her skills. Her degree, background, and experience in the communication field as well as her natural capacity for marketing made real estate an excellent choice.
