Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is dedicated to providing top-notch service & an exceptional experience to all of her clients. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. Before become a REALTOR�, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master%u219s Degree in Human Resources. I worked as a Director in different public companies. However, I started in Real Estate officially in 2010, despite having my license many years before. I started in the sale of residential resale properties and rentals. At the same time, I was the Director of an Institute of Real Estate in Puerto Rico, a position I held for 5 years. I worked as a volunteer in a number of committees of the Association of REALTORS� of Puerto Rico. One of my achievements was to be awarded by the Association of Realtors of Puerto Rico, as "The Youngest Realtor of the Year%u21D, 2014.

As you can see, I love Real Estate and it is something that is in my blood, because different people in my family have Real Estate Companies. I like to contribute to the families in the sale and rent of the most important asset, that is a property.
