I am a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and native Texan. I have a Bachelors of Science in Geography (GIS) from Stephen F. Austin State University along with a Certificate of Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston. I've been fully devoted to working in Oil and Gas Land and Real Estate since 2001. We specialize in farm and ranch, land development, industrial site selection and coastal properties. We also offer professional GIS mapping and consult on mineral acquisition or divesting, pipeline Right of way and site planning.
I use the latest technology like ESRI ARC GIS, DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone and Adobe Premiere Pro to produce outstanding maps, pictures and videos to showcase your property. We can produce amazing internal walk-through videos of your home or business in-house, with no additional fees for these services. I developed my passion for Real Estate in 2016 when I was forced as a single mom to assume the loan on my own home. The process left me frazzled and feeling defeated, however I learned a lot and decided I would license up to help others who struggle with the process. With over 18 years of experience in the AC industry, as well as dealing with water well & sewage issues, as a homeowner, I can assist and guide you with true life experience.

Melinda grew up in the Bay City area most of her life. She is very diligent in helping with all aspects of the real estate transaction, seeing it from start to finish.
