G'day,

I started in Real Estate as part-time, initially to sell and lease the properties my wife and I own, and to continue acquiring real estate. As time went by, I build my clientele.

I have a B Sc in Chemical Engineering and M.Eng in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M. How is this related to real estate? I like numbers. I am cold with numbers so when I run an Comparative Market Analysis to establish the price of a property, I use the real true information coming from numbers.

I am not be the charming person but rather I am upfront and honest and I had been given feedback that some people like this approach.
