Nia Catchings

Nia Catchings hails from Memphis, Tennessee, earned a bachelor's degree at Florida A&M University, and came to Houston in 2011. She earned an MBA at the University of Houston with a specialization in global business and core competencies that include project management, market analysis, sourcing and acquisitions, vendor and contract management, risk management, and digital transformation.

Nia credits that business acumen for the ease with which she serves first-time real estate buyers, investors, and out-of-state and out-of-country buyers. Her professional background includes 15 years with a multinational oil and gas corporation, where she developed a skill set that serves her clients well, including clear, responsive communication and research skills that leave no stone unturned.

In addition to her business expertise, Nia has an affinity for interior design, experience with real estate development, and a digital mindset that utilizes technology and tools to her clients' advantage. Dedicated to each client's needs, she strives to match their dreams with the perfect home, and guide sellers and investors to optimum results. Her attention to detail, every step of the way, helps clients make confident, informed decisions and Nia couldn't be happier. I am very passionate about wealth creation and interior design, she says.
