Russell has many years of experience where he worked as a Project Manager in healthcare insurance on federal government and private sector projects in the Washington DC area. That experience has allowed Russell to approach each Real Estate transaction using four phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure while working with many stakeholders. These phases encompass a flexible timeline which allows the clients to be agile and consider options available for short / long term rentals.
