I accomplished these ™sales™ as a real estate assistant and advisor representing numerous buyers and sellers. When I represent buyers, my job and purpose is not to ™sell™ them a home, but rather help them find and purchase a home that is right for them. Buyers don™t need to be pushed, prodded or ™sold™, they need information and advise. That requires an intense marketing campaign; not salesmanship. I draw on more than 4 years marketing experience to identify the right market and marketing channels to ensure success.
