This designation is the culmination of many hours of professional courses and examinations. Mary Ann then began working toward her Texas broker’s license, which she received a few years ago. After 7 years in the industry Mary Ann realized her long term goal and opened her own company in January 2006.Besides being a licensed broker, Mary Ann is a REALTOR, a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Texas Association of REALTORS and her local REALTOR organization. She is “e-certified”, which means she is knowledgeable about using the Internet and e-mail for marketing and servicing her clients. In addition, she is also a 1031 Exchange Specialist, a type of property exchange named after a section of IRS regulations.
