My name is Sylvester Garcia. I am the broker of record at Houston Homes Plus, Realtors. I am also the founder of Houston's Circle of Real Estate Mentors. I graduated in 1997 with a Real Estate marketing degree from Madison Area Technical College with a minor in Psychology. I earned first place in the 1996 marketing competition in the prestigious regional colleges of Wisconsin. Among our current 25,000 HAR Real estate members, I enjoy the distinction to belong to a very small group of brokers and Realtors who has a Real Estate brokerage degree from an accredited college. Arsenio 'Archie' Zalun, lives in Houston since 1981. A person who loved serving the communities here in Houston. I am result oriented and is known for my professionalism, work ethics, integrity, commitment, passion, and love of having fun. I am originally from Belize, Central America and currently reside in Houston with my husband and our two sons. My first time working in the Real Estate Industry was as a teenager on one of our beautiful islands (San Pedro, Ambergris Caye) in Belize. In my recent experience I have been working in the Healthcare Industry in Revenue Cycle Enhancement. As I advanced in my roles, I have gained a well-rounded knowledge of building successful teams and organizations where the folks I work with are most important to me. My experience and foresight helps me to proactively address details before they become clients issues and concerns. I am a graduate of Belhaven University in Houston, where I received my Master of Science in Leadership Degree.
