Andrea Smith is a native Houstonian, third generation Texan. Her first taste of the Real Estate industry was right out of high school as she went to work as an assistant to the Broker/Owner of a local Real Estate office. Enjoying her job and learning as much as possible she committed to Real Estate School and was licensed in early 2000. Andrea loves her city and enjoys helping people make it their home! Andrea began her professional tenure in Real Estate going to work in Title/Escrow and Closing at Stewart Title where she worked for some 10 years. All the while she remained active in Real Estate sales in order to sharpen her knowledge of the overall real estate transaction. For a brief time she took on new challenging roles in administration, in healthcare and other business fields. In all she has gained extensive experience of real estate transactions, with all administrative tasks, including but not limited to bookkeeping, scheduling, document preparation, and document review. Her roles additionally included event planning and sales. She has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles by effectively implementing personally developed processes. Throughout the years, time and time again, she found herself providing real estate services and advice. Ultimately, Andrea found that her true passion is for Real Estate. Andrea has been awarded with multiple outstanding employee awards. She has been recognized for her exceptional service numerous times by many clients. Andrea is active in volunteering in her community building places of worship and disaster relief construction and organization. Her concern for people in need lead her to caring for an 88 year-old widow who had no children to care for her. She is uncompromising in her ethical treatment of people both personally and professionally.

Michele Scheffer's defining career moment may have been the sale of her first "million dollar" home, but she has not stopped there. When working with clients, she believes every transaction should be a win-win situation, and she will go the extra mile to help them make a great investment. It is clear that she has a true passion for real estate because of her consistent pursuit to further her knowledge of home design,real estate education and construction industry updates. Having her husband who is a custom homebuilder in her back pocket helps during the process. Michele is respected among her follow Realtors, she has a clear use of agent teamwork and an excellent reputation in the community. She gets the transaction completed from start to finish. Michele grew up in upstate New York, where she attended Syracuse University. She then went on to work 17 years for a large jewelry chain, where she learned all the ins and outs of the industry as a buyer and regional manager. Many of the skills she learned while managing 18 different stores have only enhanced her real estate career. Furthermore, she has been a Greenwood King Top Producer for the last 19 years, and practicing real estate consecutively since 2000. The Houston Business Journal has honored Michele as one of the top 25 residential real estate agents for Houston in 2006.

Michele resides in Bellaire, with her husband. Her two grown children attend college at UT in Austin and Nashville, TN. She has volunteered many hours of service for West University Little League, St. Marks Episcopal school, Episcopal High School. Michele has been team Mom for many of the sports her children had participated in during their school years. During the years Michele has resided in West U & Bellaire neighborhoods.
