Megan relocated to Brazoria County from the Rio Grande valley in the summer of 2016 with the hope of starting anew. With over 15 years of diverse customer service experience in the technology and other industries, including 8 years in the US Army Reserves, she joined TBT Real Estate in August 2019 as the transaction coordinator, and hasn't looked back since. She now serves as both the Office Manager and a REALTOR®. As a graduate of Angleton High School Brittney started her professional career as a big box customer service supervisor before transitioning into the real estate field of property management. Brittney worked her way up in multi-family residential managing from a leasing consultant to property manager before taking on other roles such as assistant business manager while working for the senior retirement living sector.

Nicki is a Brazoria County native, graduate of Columbia High School. She resides in Freeport with her husband and best friend. They have 2 grown children, and a bonus daughter from China. Nicki began her real estate career in 2017 when she moved into a position as a licensed transaction coordinator for a top producing agent. She obtained a wealth of knowledge during her time there, before transitioning into a full-time realtor. She has handled hundreds of files from execution to closing, no two alike, giving her a diverse portfolio.
